Custom home building / Syracuse, New York

Mark Antony Homes

Mark Antony Homes has been building across Central New York since 1988. The work was never the problem. The problem was that a buyer researching builders at eleven at night couldn’t get a straight fact out of the website, and neither could an assistant.

The problem

Buyers shop builders for months before they call anyone, mostly at night and mostly on a phone.

The questions that matter are always the same three: do you build on my land, what does it cost, and how long does it take.

The old site said nothing about any of them, so every one became a phone call the office had to field.

What we built

  1. Eight pages, built around the buying question

Explore Homes, Communities, Our Team and a start-your-build flow, rather than a portfolio the visitor has to interpret.

  2. Twenty-one home records

Each plan carries its own structured data, so a plan can be surfaced on its own rather than only as a picture in a gallery.

  3. An agent trained on the build process

It asks whether the buyer has land already and roughly what size they’re thinking, which is the same qualification the sales team does on a first call.

  4. HomeBuilder schema and FAQ markup

Both live on the site now, which is what lets an assistant name them when somebody asks who builds custom homes near Syracuse.
